S= Separation of Church and State

I. We believe that the Bible is the absolute authority. The Bible has been given to us by the Verbal Inspiration of God (1 Timothy 3:16) and has been preserved for us today.

(1 Peter 1:23-25; Matthew 24:35; Isaiah 40:8). We believe that the Bible is without error. We believe that the bible is completely trustworthy and infallible.

II. We believe in one Triune God composed of three persons, The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. All three of these persons make up God. These three persons are the Father (Galatians 1:3); the Son (Hebrews 1:8); the Holy Spirit (Acts 5:3-4). We believe that God is omnipotent which means that He is all powerful. (Revelation 1:8; 4:8; 11:17; 19:6) We believe that He is Omniscient which means that He is all knowing. (Psalm 139:1-4; Romans 11:33&34)

We believe that God is omnipresent meaning that he is everywhere present with His whole being at all times. (Psalm 139:7-10)

III. We believe Jesus Christ was begotten of the Holy Ghost in a miraculous manner, that He was born of the virgin Mary, that His birth was as no other man has ever been born, or ever can be born. We believe that He lived a perfect life and that He is the Son of God and God the Son. (Genesis 3:15; Galatians 4:4; Matthew 1:18-25; Luke 1:35)

IV. We believe the Holy Spirit is a Divine Person not just a supernatural force or power. We believe that he is equal to God the Father and God the Son, and is of the same nature. We believe that He was present at Creation (Genesis 1:2; Job 26:13; Job 33:4), He empowers people for service, (Exodus 31:2; Judges 6:34), He inspired Scripture (1 Peter 1:21; Acts 1:16), He restrains sin (1 Thessalonians 2:7), He regenerates believers (Titus 3:5; John 3:3), He baptizes believers into the body of Christ (Acts 8:15-18; Acts 11:13-16; 1 Corinthians 12:13), He indwells believers (Romans 8:9-11; Romans 6:3),

He fills believers (Ephesians 5:8; Colossians 3:15-17), He seals believers, He intercedes for believers (Romans 8:26-27), and He illuminates and teaches the Bible (1 John 2:20).

V. We believe that man is a direct creation of God. Man was created ex-nihilo meaning out of nothing. (Hebrews 11:3) We believe that man was created in the image of God, but due to the sin of Adam, the sin curse has passed upon all mankind. (Romans 5:12, 19). We are all sinners by nature by being partakers of Adam's fallen nature. Therefore we are under a just condemnation without defense or excuse. (Romans 1:19-32; 7:18-24)

VI. We believe that salvation can only come by grace through faith in Jesus Christ not as a result of the works we do. (Ephesians 2:8&9) We believe that man stands guilty and condemned before God and that man's sin deserves to be punished. (Romans 6:23) We believe that only man is capable of paying the price for sin, so God sent his only begotten Son into the world to be the man to take the punishment for our sin upon Himself. (John 3:15-17; II Corinthians 5:21; 1 Peter 2:24)  We believe that because Jesus Christ died, was buried, and rose again from the dead the third day; salvation is made possible. (I Corinthians 5:1-4)

VII. We believe that the church is an assembly of believers organized for the purposes of edifying its members, practicing the ordinances, and doing the work of God in the world.

We believe that the true mission of the Church is found in the Great Commission; to make disciples, to baptize disciples, to build them up in the most holy faith, and to teach them to observe all things that have been commanded by the Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that the church is autonomous meaning self-governing. The church is under no obligation to a conference or counsel of men. There is one and only one Superintendent which is Christ. (1 Corinthians 11:2; Acts 20:17-28; 1 Tim. 3:1-13; Acts 2:41, 42)

VIII. We believe that Christ is coming back to rapture His church away. We believe that the rapture will occur before the seven year tribulation. We believe that after that period of time Satan will be bound in hell and Christ will return and establish his millennial kingdom here on earth. After this 1000 year reign God will then release Satan for a brief time and then will meat his final defeat and be thrown into the lake of fire. God at this time will conduct the Great White Throne judgment and those that will be judged and condemned thereby will also be thrown into the lake of fire. (1 Corinthians 15:51-53; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, Daniel 9:24-27; Matthew 24-25, Revelation 4-22)
